Our Group
The Greenman Group is a multi-division investment and operating group. What started as a single grocery-anchored real estate fund back in 2005 has grown into fourteen companies across five divisions – financial services, real estate, utilities, resources and networks – each one built on what came before it.
Grocery retail needs food. Real estate needs energy. Energy generates data. Data opens new markets. Every division in the Group grew directly out of one we already had. Nothing here stands on its own.

Our Funds
Our funds deliver income to investors through the conversion of rental income into frequent and regular distributions over the long term. Greenman OPEN and Greenman NEXT are both classified SFDR Article 9.
